So I do really wonder what the Narrada wants to do in a space battle with 20 torpedos that are easily intercepted and - even should the reach their targets - wouldn't damage a Star Destroyer in a significant way with a single shot.

Those phaser shots would be stopped in mid-air, because that happens when people shoot at Kylo in combat mode. In the same instance, Khan would find himself incapable of moving. Then he dies.

Yes, a completely unseen threat coming out of nowhere can target the torpedoes fired at the jellyfish. That's a federation ship not a Star Wars ship and we already saw the enterprise against the Narada. Did it stop those torpedoes when they fired on the enterprise ? FFS man stop trying its pitiful.

Her intentions were the same as Khan's. He also didn't force freeze Finn a sanitation trooper before he grazed his shoulder with a slow moving lightsaber.

You're ignoring the context of the scene. Nero knew what was on the table and at stake. They desperately acted and had only moments to stop the jellyfish. Out of nowhere comes the enterprise to aid the jellyfish in making contact with the Narada. In direct combat without the threat of a black hole the Narada smashed through Federation ships with the greatest of ease.

Khan's gun fires quicker successive blasts and his other one fires more powerful blasts than Rey's. His skill with his guns is loads better than Rey as well. This matters.
Kylo still was against Finn who wasn't trained and was a sanitation trooper who got his ass kicked by another random trooper. Rey and Finn were also upset at Han's loss. Rey was also just ko'd so she was hurt as well.
Chewie hit him with one shot. There goes your moronic theory. He didn't freeze multiple shots though he deflected them. You need to prove he can maintain the concentration so freeze multiple shots.
