Same logic. If a slower guy tags a faster guy, that's also PIS. Doesn't matter how often it happens - even if it happens 99% of the time, if character A is slower than B, it's PIS for A to tag B. UNLESS you can show that A is in fact, just as fast as B, EVERY SINGLE TIME A tags B is PIS. It's that simple.

Barry can simply vibrate through the energy. Remember what OP says:

When Thor gets tagged by wolverine etc it's acceptable despite him stating he holds back on earth multiple times, have the same standards with every other character

Barry hasn't shown phasing through a burst of planet exploding energy

That's the forum rule, unfortunately. And Flash is specifically mentioned. So yeah, you're not actually debating against me, you're going against the established rules of the forum. You telling me to stop makes zero difference my guy.

Then Barry simply ages Hulk until he dies, as TOBA Hulk isn't canon, Marvel 2099 (where Hulk is gone) is the canon end of Hulk 🙂

But if he can't age him, then it's a stalemate with neither winning nor losing, Hulk being in the far future 🙂

Slower characters always tag faster characters in comics. So it's actually quite normal in the comics where the characters exist.
