A little ME lore
Sheppard is a cyborg who can see beyond human level, hear above human level and is physically stronger and more durable than any human. His skin, nervous system and bones are coated with a titanium lattice and he has had both surgical and genetic implants.
His weaponry fire off shards of a super durable metal at near FTL levels. Sheppard is also strong enough to send full grown humans flying with his punches. His armor is capable of stopping said near FTL rounds and seals out both poisons and can deploy near instantly. He is also equipped with a liquid energy shield capeable of both complete protection from any standard munitions to a direct rocket shot. Should all those defenses fail he is also equipped with Medigel which can heal/replace heavily damaged organs in a matter of moments. It functions as both a healing/cleaning and disenfectent.
Offensively Sheppard has a VI that adjusts his weapons optics to help him deal with variables such as wind, weather and speed of the target. He is also capeable of hacking nearly anything in moments and producing a blade of hard light capeable of punching through titanium like butter and even in lore armor/shields dealing grievous damage.

Is it a first person shooter?Sheppard has adrenaline boost to slow time down. I'm not sure the multiplier off the top of my head I'll google it.
It's a 50% slowdown plus a large damage and shield boost/regen
Sheppard also has grenades and a tracking blast.
It's a first person shooter for a percentage of the game, and even after you get your lightsaber, you can switch back and forth. Yeah, a 50% slowdown is equal to moving and reacting at 500% beyond the normal for a Force User, not a regular person.
Hahaha, Jackie. I totally forgot about him.
Sheppard at base can run near the speed of a rocket so he's definitely not base human, and AR is a boost to that.
Also Sheppards armor has real good resistance to temp spikes, he can't take sustained beam fire but he can tank a lot of them without any lasting damage.
Isn't Jackie weak to light? Sheppard has flaming rounds that burn even in space.

Is that based off a calc, or is it canon?
Cause there aren't much FTL of ANYTHING in the Gaming-Verse.
Originally posted by Jmanghanits canon, the weaponry uses Mass effect fields to rapidly accelerate shards of some space metal. There is even a scene in ME3 with a Sergent training his privates on the dangers of missing shots as the "round" can travel very very far. The ships can fire past multiple planetary lengths. "Sir issac Newton is the deadliest MFer in space"
