Magical items have cut Superman but they were forced by very strong beings. In other words a very durable and sharp non magical weapon could have achieved the same effect. I could be wrong though.
In new 52 Carver's flying teeth cut him.
He seems to have severe vulnerability issues to magical cutting weapons.
