Of course she won't be jailed, she has too much money and power for that to happen.
I just wish they would decide what they want to do. Either indict her or close the book on her. I'm serious. Don't let this woman become president and THEN you decide to do some shit to her. Do it before that happens, if it happens. We as a nation would look foolish if she wins this race and then later on they decide to indict her. We only benefit if it keeps her out of the White House.
Will Hillary see jail time because of this, probably a big fat no!
My problem is that when pip (people in power) get to set the rules and then don't have to abide by them.
I don't care what party, what position. In this particular instance its so obvious that what Hillary did was illegal and it was planned out.
Who in their right minds would think she would be an ok president unless you are obviously ok with her shady behavior?
That can be said about any candidate. To bad Kasich and Bernie couldnt run against each other
Hilarys email scandal gets worse.
The IG says she violated policy.
Heard this is morning, seems this system in place has been messed up for years, Rice and Powell did similar practices. Or as the story puts it:
"Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said in a statement that Clinton’s use of email was consistent with that of other secretaries and top officials at State and warned that “political opponents of Hillary Clinton are sure to misrepresent this report” for partisan purposes. “The report shows that problems with the State Department's electronic record-keeping systems were long-standing,” he said, adding that “she took steps that went much further than others to appropriately preserve and release her records.”
The 83-page report reviews email practices by five secretaries of state and generally concludes that record keeping has been spotty for years.
It was particularly critical of former secretary of state Colin Powell — who has acknowledged publicly that he used a personal email account to conduct business — concluding that he too failed to follow department policy designed to comply with public-record laws."
This part is interesting:
"The FBI investigation into whether Clinton mishandled classified material through her use of the private server in her home in suburban New York is still underway. FBI Director James B. Comey has said there is no “external deadline” for concluding that probe, but he acknowledged that there is pressure to wrap up the matter promptly and thoroughly.
Officials have said they plan to interview Clinton about the matter soon; she has expressed willingness to sit for such a session. They have also told The Post that their investigation so far has found little evidence that Clinton maliciously flouted classification rules."
Still doubt this will end her, so unless Sanders pulls some magic out of his ass, it's going to be Clinton Vs Trump, with Clinton [more] likely taking it.
It's official.
Hilary Clinton is guilty of vast negligence of mishandling state emails.
Hillary Clinton Violated Email Policy, State Dept
To everyone.
I told you so.
Adam you now have to leave the forum as we had a bet on this.
To everyone else, Bardock, Rob, Omega and every other swinging liberal who denied and denied and denied and said she was innocent.
Check mate.
Lol it's all coming out.
She knew this was going to be a problem.
"Hillary Clinton expressed concern in November 2010 about the risk of her personal emails becoming accessible after one of her top aides said they needed to discuss putting her on the State Department’s email system.
The revelation of the exchange between Clinton and Huma Abedin was included in a report from the State Department’s inspector general that was released to lawmakers on Wednesday.

Let the gravy train for justice begin.
From your post:
"Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and some of her predecessors violated the government's policies on email use and records retention, the State Department's inspector general says.
The department's investigative office made the conclusion in a report released only to members of Congress and obtained by ABC News. The report examined the email practices of five U.S. secretaries of state and found that there was "a limited ability to retrieve email records, inaccessibility of electronic files, failure to comply with requirements for departing employees and a general lack of oversight." -snip
"The FBI is investigating the handling of sensitive information on that server to determine whether there was any criminal wrongdoing." -snip
IMO, you're celebrating too early again.
