The story is about Darrell Issa's opinion that the FBI wants to indict, not that it is or even will happen.

Oh my, it will happen, she broke the law.

22 more classified emails found.

How would you react if it does end up happening?

Don't really care, if she actually broke the law, she should face the penalties. But so far nothing has really pointed to that, the worst to come out of this so far is that Clinton made an error in judgment in regards to keeping a personal home server.

I just hope this gets put to rest before she wins the nomination and presidency (if that's now it ends up). But considering this is likely just some BS attack aimed at undermining her ability to get the nom and then the election, it's here to stay for the full ride.

Other then the 1300+ classfied emails on her private server.

Deleting at least 30,000 emails that she said were btw her and bill, when bill said he did not email.

The fact that we know Russia, China, Germany hacked her server..

I know you said after this you meant *if* she wins, but just reading this sentence gave me a chill. Do you want her to win?

I want Sanders to win, but I'd take Clinton over any of the Republicans except possibly Kasich. I don't agree with him on several issues, but he's pretty level headed, supposed to be a decent governor and doesn't seem to have much political baggage.

If it came down to a Clinton/Kasich election (it won't), can't say rn who I'd want to win. I'd have to see who better handles the questions, policies they put forth and who they pick as a VP.

If she wins, I don't think she'd be a horrible president, she'll have to deal with a lot of resistance from the Right like Obama has which could/would hinder her ability to lead, but I can see her term being moderately favorable by the time she leaves

No the worst to come out before today about the emails is an email from hillary stating to remove the clearance on the emails before sending them.

That means that someone would have gone to a secure server removed the clearance title copied it to a thumbdrive and then sent it on an open network.

Feel the bern now hillary?!

Hahahahahaha

Never happen. Clintons are above the law.

But if I worked for them in any fashion I would beware getting to close to any buses.

Shes going down, and if the FBI does recommend and indictment, and they DOJ refuses, Comy will resign, and thats a win for the American people.

I hope if Trump or Rubio get in office they will re open the investigation and bring her up on charges themselves via state department, because hopefully Cruz will be Attorney General and enforce the law.

Meh, not according to the State Department, or Department of Justice.

Also, keep in mind we're talking absolutely no data breach here, and her being *sent*, by other people, some information which was *not* labeled as classified at the time, with everyone involved not only cleared to receive and send that information anyway but supposed to have it.

This is... well, the same story again and again, and it's still the exact same setup- "Hillary Clinton did something moderately unsecure which resulted in zero databreaches or damage."

This isn't like what General Petraeus did even.

I don't know why "Third party thinks another third party- who does not have jurisdiction over the matter- wants a result," keeps on getting brought up as if it was a chance in what happened rather than "someone is complaining about Hillary not actually being involved in a big enough scandal to do something about."

If it is as cut and dry as you are saying then why does it just keep popping up over and over? I know you will say they are just using it to try to destroy her, but I think it goes beyond that.

If she indeed did nothing wrong then they are really failing at making your average person understand that. Especially if it can all be solved with a "they weren't classified when sent to her" explanation.

Also if they truly weren't classified when she had them or whatever you are saying..then what did she do that was moderately unsecure?

You say it resulted in no data breaches or damage. But since you seem to know about this..*could* her actions of lead to a serious data breach or damage? In other words what is the worst case scenario in what could of happened?

Notice how she keeps saying this is all the republicans fault, but its Obama's administration, justice department and FBI that is conducting the investigation.

And Q99 is either lying or ignorant of the truth about the actual data breach.

There was a huge data breach.

Politico confirms

http://www.politico.com/story/2015/12/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-data-breach-217019

http://www.politico.com/story/2015/10/hillary-clinton-email-server-hacked-china-south-korea-germany-214546

Now since that's a source she cannot refute, she will just do what she did in the trump thread about Hilary lying and flip flopping and say "its not that big of a deal." and that "Trump changing his mind on Megan Kelly is a bigger deal."

Yeah but it seems one of the data breaches was by a guy who worked for Sanders.
