Normal Superman is already much more powerful than Thor. BT Thor was probably a little more powerful than normal Thor but still under Superman. Superman struggled like hell against the first probe. BT Thor would do worst. OWAW was at least 5 times more powerful.

That's because at that point JSA had sabotaged Imperiex's machines which were creating and recycling the probes after they were destroyed.

It exploded against Superman during their first fight.
