Silver Surfer vs Green Lantern

Thought I'd add a couple.

Earth's landmasses are being pushed back to make a supercontinent and Hal keeps them apart.

A Green Lantern Power Battery has turned the Sun green with its energy, to turn it into an "alchemical magnet."

Hal gets a protective suit made from Wonder Woman's invisible plane, but it isn't enough by itself, and Hal has to protect himself with the remaining energy in his Power Ring, a mere point 0 3 percent.

He's trying to siphon the energy reciting the oath, but it's not working very well, his Ring's charge still dropping.

Then, he does this.

👆

Two random GLs move a gas giant which used to be a star casually across half the space sector.

Kyle's Mogo destroying feat has already been posted, but there's more from that comic that's worth posting.

Kyle comes across Mogo being remade and reanimated, and shields himself from the energy that's remaking Mogo.

Then he comes across the dead GLs brought back to life and fights them, takes a punch from Kilowog, shields himself from Kilowog and 3 others, takes a cheap shot blast to the back from Darla, shields from just Kilowog, and even, takes a cheap shot to the back.....from Nekron. Remember, Kyle's original Power Ring had no auto-protect feature, so each attack he doesn't make a shield or armor for, he's protected by only his aura generated on his own.

Kyle then makes a construct to defend against Nekron, either blocking or absorbing the energy. He then decides to take it to Nekron, and goes through the wormhole like tear between the universe and Keron's realm. He makes a construct that temporarily protects him from Nekron trying to crush him, before leaving through the tear again. And it should be noted that Nekron states he's more powerful than when he faced the Guardians and the GLC, AND Kyle notes that the realm is effecting his Power Ring, that it's barely working.

Then, he realizes he has to kill the undead GLs and fights them. Protects himself from at least 5 blasts from 4 different angles simultaneously, briefly goes hand-to-hand with Kilowog, starts one-shot(apparently) killing the undead GLs, breaks a construct of theirs with a blast, takes a cheap shot to the back from Kilowog, kills Darla, then takes ANOTHER cheap shot from Kilowog before engaging him.

Continued--

Then the famous Mogo example. Except nobody notes that he's trying to keep Mogo from crushing him with his mass while simultaneously fighting Kilowog, lets Mogo smash him with his mass, is protected(whether by construct armor or his protective aura) and then destroys Mogo.

Arisia is what? A D-List GL? C-List at best? Anyways, she's on Daxam, and Sodam turns the Sun yellow.

Daxamites gaining their powers start panicking. And while obviously they're not at full power immediately, they're powerful enough to be blasting holes through their underground chamber(bunker?) they were hiding from the Sinestro Corps in.

And Arisia contains them long enough to calm them down.

Don't think this one was posted. Although John's using his anger as "fuel" so it's not a normal feat, he exceeds the limitations of his Power Ring, creating a construct of the planet system(or solar system?) he failed to save back in COSMIC ODYSSEY.

And John's constructs as "never hollow" and he builds them, "from the inside out, down to the last nut and bolt."

This one is uber, even as a shared feat. Even if pooling their willpower is a "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts" thing. By my count, a mere 26 Green Lanterns, and none of the elite GLs, at best there were B-Listers, contain the explosion of Warworld and the Sinestro Corps Central Power Battery estimated to be capable of destroying the ENTIRE(Salaak's emphasis) Milky Way Galaxy.

Yeah we get it GL's >> Silver Surfer 😄

I think the thread where the heralds took on the GLC,was every herald vs the GLC or so

However its rather silly to say 1 herald takes theam all down

Even if it was all the Heralds they'd still get massacred. Not every Lantern is Kyle or Hal but they don't have to be. As shown above, 26 lower tier Lanterns blocked a galaxy busting explosion. 7200 Lanterns vs maybe a dozen Heralds would result in a dozen dead Heralds within 30 seconds

Bump.

This was a fun thread.

Surfer still wins. Abhi likes pain.

Surfer stomps. Holds every single advantage. Agree with my boy Quan. He's usually right except when it comes to Thanos vs Hulk.

You can't even read, you Surfer strap-on riders were reduced to cheerleading each others' cheerleading, and you AND quan agreeing is serious evidence against Surfer.

The trolls are working. No evidence whatsoever.

When random GLs have feats comparable to what the Surfer side is arguing.....

Yep it's basically a case of "anything you can do I can do better" when it comes to Surfer and GL's.

Also to add one thing about his fight against God Cable. Remember they were destroying and instantly reforming anything they destroyed during that fight as well. Cable was levitating an entire freakin island with his mind while fighting too. That was a really awesome fight.

I think the surfer takes it. the reason for this is all the feats and scans posted already.

Which feats and scans would that be?

the god cable one and the one where he destroys the planet by mistake

The God Cable one where Cable was almost depowered? And he didn't destroy any planet by mistake.

What is impressive about both?
