Don't get into your feelings about it. I'm not trying to be provocative but it does seem like it's going that way.
Anyway, both black hole feats are fine and all, but what I think you're missing is the intent: Surfer's black hole was a side effect of his blast power whereas Oblivion's creations (I'm aware of his origin) were intentional.
This is kinda like why people went crazy back when Hulk's footsteps were about to make 1/5 of the United states star in the sequel to Titanic, something Black bolt has had to use his voice to replicate in scale was simply a byproduct of Hulk's casual advance forward.

I know what you mean. It "being intentional" doesn't have much relevance(the way you're arguing) with Oblivion being a construct and the ease of the black hole, and the scale of the quasar.

Post the rest of that scene, but you really don't have to cause for 1 it's a shared feat with one character involved not being a GL and 2 the supposed black hole barely existed, if you know anything about them you'd know their lifespan and scharzschild radius are dependent of their mass and lastly, it's said "the edge of a black hole" so it really depends what the writer is going for there

Yes, a mid tier guy who is basically nothing compared to GL.
Superman showed up to basically announce what he did in every damn title in that month, that timeline was being destroyed. It had nothing to do with the creation of black hole.
Anyway, John Stewart has also created a black hole.
