It's clear as day my friend, don't fall for their mental gymnastics.

I can see why it can be interpreted as a side effect since the scene was a bit vague in regards to Surfer's intentions, but I would call it intentional. Still a massive feat no matter how you look at it.
"I won't let them disgrace your body."
Clearly his intention is to destroy AW body so that the wave could not desecrate it.
He disintegrates the body, the powerful body of a herald, by planting an explosive he generated. That explosive is so powerful it creates a black hole. Incredible feat. If Thanos has said "projection" instead of "discharge", it would perfectly suited Vs. board members, but the authors aren't writing dialogue specifically for the board.

Now all this other stuff about shared feat because he utilized Air Walker's energies or him "warping" the body which turned it into a black hole I think falls short.
He simply destroyed AW's remains via "energy discharge"... Plus he meant to cause a black hole due to the discharge. At least Imo.

I understand that part. I just think it was done on purpose... The creation of said black hole that is.Now all this other stuff about shared feat because he utilized Air Walker's energies or him "warping" the body which turned it into a black hole I think falls short.

Of course it was. It's not like SS has little understanding of the effects of his actions with regard to his power set. It's an incredible feat by any measure.

That is just objectivity coupled with passion. If you need me to interpret anything else you've gotten wrong pm me ASAP.
"Objectivity coupled with passion" that's a sweet way to label trolling. I will add that little gem to my repertoire. Cheers luv
Pass on the pm though, i can only stomach so much...."interpretation".
