Especially when I have personally talked about dismissing nonsense feats..I wasn't being serious. The point was in another thread abi was essentially saying a low end feat couldn't be dismissed...but he was also in other threads arguing GL's are above Silver Surfer, so if a low end feat can't be dismissed..you see where I was going with that?
