No. Silver surfer has respectable feats. But if you look at the gls feats they actually seem bigger. On this particular aspect

That is uber, but then I'd have to ask how much more powerful then Hal Jordan and John Stewart you feel Kyle is? The reason I ask..Superman, the guy who needed help from a GL to move the Earth, has flat out been shown busting constructs made by both those characters.
So you don't see a potential issue when one GL can contain a "nova" and others can't contain a dude who doesn't have the power output of a nova?
In a similar vein, Kyle has created a shield around the moon that kept Ultraman locked in and unable to do anything. Yet even though I am unsure about specific Superman feats, I could of sworn I'd also seen *his* shields destroyed by Class 100's.
So what I'm beginning to see is that Kyle is potentially far above any normal GL, and thus using his feats when talking about GL's in general probably isn't the best thing to do.
