Profiling paints a broad brush but to say its ignorant is ironic.Ghetto mentalitily is some of the most dangerous shit around, if you haven't seen it then I can understand your position.
Ghetto mentality? I must've missed that lesson growing up. What does it even mean
It's the mentality of "shoot first, ask questions never". It's the mentality that makes a person decide they would rather shoot at cops as opposed to serving out whatever sentence they would get for resisting arrest and traffic violations(which wouldn't of been THAT harsh).
That is the mentality being talked about. If you live by the gun you will die by the gun. Either at the hands of the cops or another gang banger(though statistically it's much more likely to be a gang member).
From what I heard the cops had been harassing her for months. It sounds like a seriously tragic event. She was probably unstable and paranoid. I hope the kid turns out ok.

You mean this?Yeah, utterly horrible this horrid mother put her child in danger and tried to kill the cops over some traffic tickets. The good news is the hero cops took her out, yay!! Cops were 100% in the right. We also know that not all of the cops were white because if they were white that would of been in the headline.
Yet what do some blacks do? Say dumb shit like "oh they killing people over traffic violations now!" lol. Unf*cking believable. They killed her because she pulled a shotgun on them.
Also Neph I want you to click that link and read the title of the article. Or here I will save you the trouble:
"Baltimore County Police Fatally Shoot Korryn Gaines; Boy, 5, Hurt"
Lol. Doesn't that make it seem like the cops just shot her for no reason? Doesn't it make it sound like she wasn't a criminal who tried to murder cops over traffic violations? Why do you think that is?
Oh shit it gets better. Relatives describe her as "feisty but respectable" lol(because women who fire at the cops with a shotgun while their kid is there are soo respectable). I needed a good laugh man, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Ok, we get it you're a psychopath. Take it down a notch.

Ah yes there is that allergy to the truth again. She pulled a shotgun on these cops, got herself killed and nearly got her child killed.
But once again, people try to shift blame.
An entire group of cops showed up to a women's apartment at 2 am to arrest her for traffic violations? A group of cops who repeatedly harassed her in the past, probably because she recorded various police arrests for social justice sites. And what do you know, all of those recordings were MYSTERIOUSLY deleted after the shooting....
But I'm sure an entire group of cops serving tickets for traffic violations at 2 am is a normal occurrence...
Didn't you shift blame to Philando Castile by implying he was a store robber even though he never had any violent crime charges, felonies or gang connections, and calling him a horrible unfit parent because he smoked weed in front of his kid?

On the other hand, wielding a shotgun and threatening to kill police officers is extremely dumb. Unless she was paranoid, or perhaps we had a case of that ghetto mentality memtioned above?
Tbh this case seems to be more complicated than it seemed at first imho.

The cops have repeatedly harassed her according to..whom? Her family? It sounds like she's had a bunch of run ins with the law.

It was also for resisting arrest and failing to show up for court. Did you miss those parts?

No I didn't blame shift, I provided an article that showed he might have been a criminal. Also yes, any parent that drives around in their car with their kid smoking weed is unfit to parent anyone.

Isn't there that video of her asking her kid why the police were there and he said they were there to kill them? So that's probably indicative of her mindset at the time.
Of course we don't know the full details yet, so we don't know if the police could have deescalated the situation.
Dude it's a 5 yr. old with a crazy mother who points a shotgun at cops. Of course she made the kid thinks the cops were there to murder everyone.
Am I saying this was handled perfectly? No, but you don't point shotguns at cops. I don't care if it's 2 am, 2 pm, midnight, dusk, dawn, whatever.
Also think about what you just said. This woman asks her 5 yr. old CHILD why the cops are here? What? How would the kid even know? He wouldn't know anything besides what she has told him. That to me right there is a sign of someone being unstable, she was asking him what the cops were up to like this was her friggin accomplice.
So crazy lady+shotgun+ cops=bad.
Yes and I even looked up one of her "videos" about this harassment and..ehh...it's not what you'd expect in terms of how bad it makes the cops look, though again I think those situations could of been handled better but...I think she had a mental illness. I think she had some run ins with the police that exacerbated this illness and convinced her they were literally out to get her, when all they wanted was for her to show up to court.
Also taking care of a child can also be stressful and could of just added to it.
First half of the vid is relevant to the thread.....but it in a whole shows how F-ed up Society is today.

I also appreciate the Orwellian reference he used. Very on point 👆
