People offered just that, including some that did it with other forms of EP. Those were then discounted as not being strength feats, which was not in the stips. Well planet pushing isn't a strength feat to begin with, it's a graviton manipulation feat.

Actually, he didn't say strength in the OP, but then people categorized it as a strength and didn't want any other examples of moving planets. It's all pointless because pushing planets is not a put strength feat.
