More skilled HAHA LOL. that is a total joke. BW has got the jump on him, tricked him and temporarily disarmed him. The next time they meet, she lands 3 unanswered blows on him before he can reverse the situation. Agent 13 is able to get the jump on him and again land a few blows before he can counter. As noted, he was clearly outskilled by BP, yet Hawkeye was able to do much better and display superior h2h combat skills. Again, like BW & agent 13... they are only skilled humans. Ozy poops on WS skill wise. Shall we count the number of times the most skilled guys could land a punch or kick on him? Zero. They aren't even close skill wise.
Speed wise? LOL. This is the old, Superman can read every book in medicine in the world in less than 1 minute but that's different than punching. He can't punch a 100 times a minute. LOL. It's a laughable argument. Not only would he be able to punch a 100 times in a second, even a thousand should be nothing. Same thing here. Ozy has displayed far, and I mean far greater arm movement.

She wouldn't have came close to doing the things she did to Winter Soldier vs Ozy. Winter Soldier being in that situation proves that Ozy would outright annihilate him. Two different tiers. Ozy toy with people like Widow without them even touching him.
