Why wouldn't it? She's had a relationship with Steve Trevor/Pine. Read the books, before you make these posts.
I've never read Wonder Woman so probably my favorite thing in the franchise is that 2009 animated movie where Keri Russel voices WW and Nathan Fillion voices Steve Trevor.
That movie was fantastic and should it be copied frame by frame into live action DC would have their first critically acclaimed hit.
