No, Hulk was beaten by getting knocked the **** out via raw physical damage. Same with Thor. Movie Thor's hammer is pretty weak compared to comic Mjolnir.

Doomsday's durability is way beyond their strength, and even if they could harm him (they can't) he has a better Healing Factor than Wolverine.

What happend to Doomsday is what happend to Hulk during his Skaar vacation. Doomsday destroys MCU hulk, plain and simple.
