He changed back into a human. We also didn't see it. This isn't a falling contest this is a fight. Hulk wins. Stronger and he doesn't get his limbs easily cut off. Weak showing.

We didn't see him immediately after. Different properties to each attack. Her sword doesn't have the concussive power of the nuke but can cut through him easily.
