Game of Thrones

Yeah that was a good scene. But as always with GoT, it kinda fell dead afterwards. There: Hardhome done. Onto something else...

That is the main characteristic of GoT that I have some trouble with: some exciting things happen, but they seem without consequence or people die randomly. It all seems rather pointless. Yes, it's a lot like life that way, but it tends to get a little boring.

They could have called the show: Much Ado About Nothing... 😉

Fantastic episode. Even with the limited screen time, I felt affected by Ian Mcshane's death. All the storylines are picking up and becoming interesting and I can't wait for Arya's revenge

so im guessing arya's immortal at this point?

Arya learned nothing lol, everyone was expecting an epic showdown, instead we got a prison yard shanking.

was anyone dumb enough to not see that coming? besides arya, i mean.

It's a bit misleading to call Arya dumb. You know considering the audiences actually got to see Jaqen put out the hit order and anticipated the shank because they had foreknowledge that the character Arya didn't. I swear some of these nit picky complaints are getting irritating

She should still be on her guard...

I think Sansa's letter at the end was either for Littlefinger or for the Manderlys.

What is hype may never die! All else is straw. Get on the mfing train to the CleganeBowl, motherf*ckers!

that totally depends on how it all turns out. If she goes on to use what she learned to make an impact on the main story, it will have all been worth it.

Really depends, if she just ends up sticking perma-scowl-chick with needle and ****ing off out of Bravos with nothing more gained/learned from Jaquen, it would seem like a long way to get to nowhere important.

stop copying me, tart.

aww cheer up big guy.

anyhoo, jaqen made it clear to her that one way or another, a face would end up on the wall. the threat was plain. but how could she have known that her assassin would be a face-changer. it's not like she spent months living and training with them to be a faceless assassin.

probably LF. i had hoped to have no more cause to hate sansa again, but im afraid she's about to give us fresh reason to do just that.

It's good to see Arya picked up some useful assassin skills...

lol

The only thing Arya learned in her time with Jaken is to get her shit pushed in on a regular by smug ass blond girl.

Nice to see the Hound back though.

the smug blonde girl is already a professional assassin. Arya barely has any training at all.

why are you people acting like Arya was just supposed to kill her easily?

isn't this the same shit you people complain about when it comes to Rey? Do you want a Mary Sue, or nah?

aiming that comment at me is pure strawman. i only suggested that she should have known to watch her back for the face-changing assassins who threatened her life, not drop her guard for strangers as she looks wistfully into the horizon. hardly a stretch of the imagination.

you're suggestion doesn't take into consideration that Arya doesn't have the same info we viewers have.

by your logic, Arya shouldn't go outside at all, because anyone (including the dude she paid to take her home) could be a faceless man.

jaqen clearly made the threat. to suggest otherwise is both wrong and stupid.

more strawman. maintaining a situational awareness and wariness of strangers under threat is not a difficult stretch of the imagination. leaving her back exposed to strangers as she daydreamed was pure stupidity.

wow, mature. 👆

yeah, very mature.

I made my point, you made yours. we disagree. i dropped it.

you want me to call you a moron and argue about differing opinions for 10 pages? see, to me, THAT would be immature.

if flying off on a fit of irrational rage and insulting others is an inevitability for you, perhaps you are wise to end the conversation.

however, i pointed out a fact of dialogue: "One way or another, a face will be added to the wall" -jaquen. thats a clear threat. not an opinion. 🙂
