littlefinger's plot is getting ridiculous.

*white walkers kill everyone*

*littlefinger's corpse smirks. his plan worked*

His character/story has most def gone down in quality from the first 4, maybe 5 seasons. But I liked that his old self glimpsed through in last night's ep, that he's still playing everybody.

Do wonder if they're going to do a spin-off of book Beric, where he
Spoiler:
finally dies so someone else can live.

i think he will give up his life to resurrect the hound.

Honestly Littlefinger is starting to annoy me. What is his purpose now? What could his goals possibly be? Back when the series started and Westeros was divided into numerous rivaling factions, it made sense for his "chaos is a ladder" manipulations. But now, with the Westeros war about to come to a ceasefire and the incoming White Walker invasion, there don't seem to be a lot of places where chaos can be sewn and power can be gained. His plot with Arya is a desperate last ditch effort to gain Sansa's trust back. Besides Sansa, he has no major Northern allies, Cersei wants him dead, and with Tyrion and Varys advising Damy, there's no way Little finger can manipulate her. So after 7 seasons of jumpstarting the plot and scheming to have it all, Littlefinger has ended up essentially trapped at the Wall as a notoriously untrustworthy advisor to Sansa. For all his ladder climbing, he seems to be nothing more than an obsolete cog.

I agree with most of what you're saying here, but if you look at it from a reality standpoint, Littlefinger's plan has been changed with the Walker invasion on the horizon, I mean, I'm not convinced that his plan(s) had taken all these factors coming in to play into account and perhaps now he's treading water a bit until he can get his head around a new plan. I knew he was playing Arya, it was obvious, but perhaps she's playing him too, if she wanted to break into his chambers without being caught she could have easily posed as somebody else, she could have wanted him to know for some reason. Anyway, ecstatic now that Gendry is back, get him on the Iron Throne and end it.

the stupidest thing about "lets kidnap a whight to impress cersei" plot, is that cersei's hand is a necromancer.
pretty sure she doesnt need to be convinced that undead zombies exist since she has one for a pet.

The Hound gets turned and they bring him to Kings Landing. Zombie Cleganebowl!

who better to convince Cercei that there's a clear difference between Zombie Mountain and a wight, than the guy brought Gregor back to life.

i accept the probability of that, but i'm not convinced of it. what if qyburn used similar dark magic to the others? ser gregor lost his own free and became a mindless servant, in similar fashion to the wights.

Did The Mountain ever completely die?

Also, there's no way he did that.

you have no grounds to assert that. it's well implied in the books that qyburn was no stranger to the dark arts.
i know that's not evidence either, but it's enough to avoid casual dismissal.

The Night King raises his hands and people are instantly transformed into white walkers...

maybe the night king is just way better at it. 10000 years of practice.

j/k, but i did say "similar" not "identical"

funniest part for me was the return of ser friendzone:

welcome back jorah! missed you so much

i can see that you're celebrating the fact that you're cured of greyscale, and more importantly that i dumped douchebag-daario...but say hello to john snow.

he's kinda like daario, but a better warrior, less cocky, more trustworthy, and better looking...which is a nice bonus.
isn't that funny jorah? it turns out i really do some kind of northmen fetish...just not for you.

if you ask nicely jon might let you hold your own ancestral sword that your father didn't want you to have, because you've always been a huge disappointment to him.

did i mention he's a king? how careless of me. gimme a hug pal! what's with the long face?

I don't know about that. Theres still the rapey part of sir gregor that still exists

but is he acting on his own compulsions or is he just following his prime objectives set by qyburn? presumably: "follow cersei, protect cersei, obey cersei in all things"

I wonder when Jon Snow and Dany are gonna get. it. on.

They're gonna bang and then find out that they're related and be like well shit, we already did it once, might as well keep going 😂

what happens in dragonstone stays in dragonstone.

I don't think they're banging.

maybe jon will become the new night king. and then they'll bang.

Í still don't know why fans are so set on this case of insest,or any for that matter, being okay?
