Seriously though. Why are big chains just lying about north of the wall?

Maybe the Night King ordered them using his Amazon Prime account?

Also Team White Walker has become more favorable with each passing episode.

They are magic chains made of ice fam

Predictions for the season finale?

Arya solo's the White Walkers and Dragons with her little valerian steel dagger, then takes off her mask and reveals she's Littlefinger.

What's with Arya going after Sansa so hard? Looks like she hasn't grown at all, the faceless man would be disappointed..

Benjen came out of nowhere. lol.

a dragon dying was predictable, but the way the dragons arrived was very formulaic action movie-esque.

why not have Dany decide to go on her own? That would have bypassed the time conflict with Gendry and the Raven, and also made it less predictable when she shows up at the last minute to save them.

simple.

it's not actually Arya.

Starting to wonder if that's the case.

So, the Witch King is pretty much trumping dragons, it seems. All they had was three, and they lost one third in a flash.. Not good.

Was looking up the wiki on The Others.. Didn't the three eyed raven's people claim their civilization created them, as bio weapons? Nothing about that on the wiki's, is that even in the books?

YouTube video

Yeah, that's it. The Children of the Corn created the Ice King.

None of that on any of the wiki's.

man tonight's eppy was freaking awesome

Can't wait for next week!

So this means the Night King has a Blue-eyes Wight Dragon now. That cool.

Not nearly as good as Hardhome but for hollywood action Dany's rescue was fine. Nice how Brann is conviniently unavailable when Arya and Sansa have their argument.

Bran is too busy on the Westeros interwebz , tapped into all the brothels south of the wall.

they didn't kill nearly enough wights.

Is there a lunatic in Westeros that hasn't tormented Sansa yet?

-Sansa: "Bran's been so weird since he got back. I can't imagine anyone more creepy and nonsensical in the world right now."

-Arya: "Hold my beer..."

Game of Thrones effectively turning into Lame of Thrones this season. I refer to my thread about the decline of this show in full-swing.

This whole season has been paced way too high. I don't really understand why they decided to cut episodes this season when it feels like the amount of events is higher than in past seasons. If anything this season should have been longer, or at least stayed the same as seasons past.

This episode was just emblematic of the season's problems as a whole. Tried to pack way too much into it to the point that it started to impact the narrative sense of everything that was happening.

This episode wasn't very good, and despite some very fun and memorable episodes, this season has fallen in quality quite a bit.

Thought the talky bits were genius, and the action was good.

But it did seem a bit rushed.

With a finale and only one season to go (Why they cut eps, we may never know), it looks like they're trying to pick up the pace. So yeah, that will affect quality a bit.. It's still good imo, nowhere near the depths of Dragon Ball Super.

Agreed, cutting the number of episodes was a mistake that is clearly affecting the quality of the show. That being said, I'm still enjoying it.
