For the life if me I have no idea who she's fighting in that last pic but it's obvious she has an issue with Jens wardrobe.
She-Hulk
Jennifer Walters, cousin to Bruce Banner (a.k.a. the Hulk), was the small and somewhat shy daughter of Los Angeles County Sheriff William Morris and Elaine Walters (her mother died in a car crash when Jennifer was seventeen). Operatives of Nicholas Trask, a crime boss who had crossed paths with her father, shot and seriously wounded her on a day that Bruce Banner was in town for a visit. Since no other donors with her blood type were available, Banner provided his own blood for a transfusion; as the two already shared the same blood type and DNA, his radioactive blood somehow combined with her anger and transformed Jennifer into the green-skinned She-Hulk when the mobsters tried to finish her off at the hospital.
_As She-Hulk, Jennifer possessed powers similar to those of her cousin, though at a reduced level. She also possessed a less monstrous, more Amazonian appearance. Initially, the transformation into She-Hulk was triggered by anger, as it did with Bruce Banner. Like her cousin, his counterpart the Leader, Doc Samson, and most other persons mutated by exposure to gamma radiation over the years, her mutated form was eventually explained as being molded by her subconscious desire to look like the idealized woman. She eventually gained control of her transformations when Michael Morbius cured her of a deadly blood disease. As a criminal defense lawyer, she later defended Dr. Michael Morbius in his trial for his vampiric killings. In time, Jennifer decided that she wished to retain her She-Hulk form permanently—preferring the freedom, confidence, and assertiveness that it gave her compared to her more timid and fragile form of her alter ego.
_After a brief solo career, She-Hulk joined the Avengers. This led to her being transported to Battleworld by the Beyonder and her participation in the first Secret Wars, an adventure most notable for sparking her long-standing rivalry with the newly empowered villain Titania.
_After the heroes returned to Earth, she temporarily replaced the Thing as a member of the Fantastic Four. During her tenure with the team, She-Hulk had to prevent a radiation leak in a downed S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. This radiation exposure had a drastic effect on Walters: she discovered that she could no longer transform back into her original human form. This turn of events was less dramatic than it could have been, given that she preferred being She-Hulk, and it was revealed later that the block was in fact purely psychological.
_As She-Hulk came by her powers through a gamma-irradiated blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce banner, she possesses enormous super-human strength – to the degree that she is, by far, the strongest female in the Marvel Universe, provided her emotional state is risen high enough. With the emotionally-charged increases in strength, so too does she gain superhuman speed, stamina and reflexes as well as a powerful healing factor. It’s been determined that these exponential strength increases grow from the baseline of Jennifer Walters in her human form, and the stronger and more athletic she becomes, so too does her She-Hulk alter ego. By contrast with Bruce banner, her intelligence and mental stability are relatively unaffected by her transformation, allowing her to maintain full control over her faculties. Her first appearance was in Savage She-Hulk #1 (February, 1980).
