Alex Ross' work is always so...regal. It always reminds me of a more golden age of comics. My only issue is when he draws women. Samaritan and Confessor are fine in this pic but if you look at Winged Victory she seems too masculine, too chiseled. Maybe its the resolution from the image but ive noticed it before with Diana and Vixen.

Thought it was just me. I read an article few yearss back about how he said he didnt feel the need to draw women like caricatures. He says he draws inspiration from real life which is why his spandex looks like actual spandex and not body paint.
I like his PG pic here...her face is a bit square but i know women who look like this. I also like the muscular tone in her arms and he didnt exaggerate her ****. This is honestly how id imagine a woman who can press a 100 tons to look like.

Deadpool is a caricature. Parker jokes around but he does want respect.
Deadpool is an actual character with decades of backstory lol. And he's very similar to Spider-man in that they should be written as not caring one bit what people think about their humor or unserious natures.

Meh. Originally maybe. Currently no. Hes a bit of a joke character. When hes "serious" hes dope af but his normal incarnations is comedy relief. Alot of characters dont care about others opinions like Logan, Punisher...or their not-so-serious nature like Spidey or Beast Boy. Problem with Deadpool is hes almost toon level with the absurdity like a mashup between Ryan Reynolds and Jar Jar. And I LIKE REYNOLDS. But that shtick gets old. He needs new material

I was just thinking today about how IM3 isn't the worst mcu movie, but its EASILY the most disappointing. It started on the right track but suffers cringingly awful story choices that steered it away from greatness. It could have been the best Iron man movie and maybe could have reached or exceeded winter soldier levels of greatness if the movie wasn't Shane Blacked.

Sure, a properly done Extremis movie, with proper Mandarin or without, would've been a success.
