Revan was only channeling enough of it's power to wipe out life in a 1km radius. Nothing states he was harnessing the Temple's full power; rather, since his goal long- term was to kill the planet, it's unlikely that he would do so.

They're probably nearly equal in terms of general ability, but I've historically tended to side with Revan because of his much wider range of abilities. Then again, the better Vader's recent showings get, the less sure I am about that position.

What? How do you even quantify that? 80 percent seems pathetically low to me. Revan absorbed enough of Vitiate's charged, nexus lightning so that he could physically withstand the rest (in comparison to being turned to ash by lightning infinitely more powerful than Nyriss'😉.

How does that quote say Vader is the most powerful?

All it's talking about is the bloodline. The bloodline is of the most powerful Jedi and Sith, it's not saying specifically that Vader is.
