I can disconnect an entire universe from the multiverse by placing a barrier around it
so no one escapes said entire universe.

yihaah ... BUT, instead of using my absolute at-least UNIVERSAL power,
I will attack a being who has absorbed Celestials and Cosmics amongst other things,

I don't think he has any better. He didn't fight IG though. So that's not a combat feat anyway.

yeah i know, but it appeared he would have won that confrontation so i usually give it to him. since they didn't fight though it could have gone differently i guess. legit curious what others think his best combat feats are....

50-50 if backed up by their boss. Their best is about equal.

At their absolute peaks? No idea. Based on what we've seen on panel, my gut goes with spectre, as I feel that he jobs less than the Living Tribunal, (COIE Spectre goes toe to toe with an AM suped up on two multiverses, Unbound Spectre goes toe to toe with Michael, who considers him a formidable foe, also implied to be > GEB, while LT gets bodied by 3 beyonders). I don't think there's any precedent for a fully-backed by TOAA LT.
