Injustice 2

This goes to show that it's impossible to please everyone since people have different preferences. The people that champion having around 10+ Batman characters are usually the ones to complain about lesser known ones making the cut(or "nobodies" as some like to call them). And vice versa.

And regardless of originating in a Batman comic, I don't think Deadshot should count as a Batman character. For one thing, he makes up for less than 1 percent of Batman stories and his history with Batman seems to have been wiped out. And also Wolverine first appeared in the Hulk's comics, but he's clearly an X-men character. Sabretooth is an X-men/Wolverine villain, but he spent his early appearances fighting Iron Fist and Luke Cage.

Yeah... The Batplebs who complain about "nobodies" like Swamp Thing or Fate getting in though can suck Joker's white painted dick and choke on it before he doses them with lethal laughing gas. 👆 I get the whole "it's impossible to please everyone" thing, but sometimes I still wonder what's the point of getting attached to these characters you'll main (in a fighter or any kind of game that has a roster) if they just get taken out in the sequel game after that... I get that it's sometimes necessary so as to not be trapped in status quo, but it's just Inj 2 has hit me hard in particular with cutting a number of characters I loved in the first game, and for the sake of expanding Batman's already overexposed gallery even more. :/

And that's fair; comic characters' first appearances don't always define what kind of series protagonist/antagonist they are today, which is why I hardly counted Deadshot as a Batman character even though he can loosely be referred to as one.

Damn. Darkseid looks bad ass. Everything from his design to his move set looks great. And that super move is easily the best yet.

I just wish I was more into fighting games.

edit: I just wish they got Ironside to voice him.

Cant even remember how long I have waited for a game where you can play as him.

I like how he can shoot the Omega Beam from every direction even behind his trait seems to be a parademon also his super looks like its hard to dodge. Also his transition move is a ***** slap.

Can't help but be reminded of Injustice Zod with the default stance, and using a Parademon in a similar vein to how Zod could use that Phantom Zone creature as a character trait, but not as cheap looking... Still cool though.

He was awful in Mk vs Dc..😛

I love his moveset gives him an ”Imma stomp yo ass with some casual style". They got that right makes the character more awesome.

He was actually one of my better characters in MKvsDC. lol His punch spamming allowed me to shamelessly win some fights online and he had some okay options, not that that game was really balanced, and him lacking a fatality was lame as hell.

True enough. If I was to get this game early (still think I'll wait on complete/goty edition as it is), I would say he's worth it compared to a number of other game pre-order bonuses.

I wanna buy it but whole dlc just phucks it up 9 characters is a lot Im not gonna pay 50 bucks just to get what I can get for free later on. Though Darkseid makes it up for me for most of this batshitfest.

Another awesome thing is how the Omega Beam moves just like in the comics instead of a straight beam.

Sigh... Not liking how similar Joker's gameplay looks to the first Inj, though has some better looking combos, and a definitely better super.

Wouldn't mind seeing her next, though not sure if the "alt characters" like her or Mr Freeze will get a trailer, but there's not that much left to show at this point, save for future DLC, so...

Not a fan of the Joker design, but liked everything else about him.

For some reason, the edgier look doesn't surprise me. Figured they might break away from his traditional appearance like with some other characters sooner or later. Still, meh.

The voice of Darkseid is Raze from Underworld.

Is it just me or is Joker's face based on Jerome from Gotham?

He looks like a combination between Injustice 1 Joker and Leto's version (friggin HAHA written on his chest like really?). This dramatic change in wardrobe plus how much younger he looks leads me to believe we got a Batman Beyond ROTJ situation going on and the Joker we have now is but a copy left behind by the original. It's the only thing that makes sense right now.
