Add Grodd, Brainiac, Scarecrow, and maybe Blue Beetle to the mix, and my list is pretty much the same as yours. Still a lot less characters I care for overall than the first game, but I just need that final push of additional characters that interest me and may get the game sooner than I think. Either way, have no qualms with waiting awhile on it, especially if it comes to some of the better characters I was waiting for being DLC.
Agree on Bane. His super's not too bad, but the one in the first game fit him more.

Boon posted a pic of Tara Strong with Mark Hamill not too long ago, so Joker seems like a given. Would be Hamill's first time voicing him for Injustice or a fighting game specifically from what I recall but eh... How many times has Hamill said again now that so-and-so game would be his last time voicing the character? Is clear that WB will milk him till he officially retires, and whether it's Hamill voicing Joker or not, or if it's an Arkham or Injustice game or whatever, he'll always be there. Not only is he a guaranteed money generating antagonist, but has easily become one of the most well known villains in history alongside Darth Vader and some because of the exposure, so he won't be going anywhere with any DC related game, much as some of us have Joker fatigue now, myself included... And he's kinda transcended death in his own way a number of times, so why would Injustice be any different?
If he doesn't have a highly spammable magnum gun like in the first Inj, that'd at least be a step up for me, especially when facing the bastard online.
Hamill's actually been trying to get away from the Joker role since after Arkham Asylum came out. IIRC, they only got him back for City because he liked the script and I'm not quite sure how they got him back for Knight. Especially after City came out he only said he would voice Joker again if an adaptation of The Killing Joke was made(which it was). It's not that he's tired of it, it's that at his age voicing Joker puts a ton of strain on his vocal chords.
But my issue is when people act like Hamill is the only person that's capable of voicing Joker. He can't voice Joker forever. Sooner or later people are gonna have to get used to that. Same thing with Kevin Conroy. He can't keep voicing Batman forever, but he doesn't struggle to voice the character like Hamill does.
