Easily if it's Phoenix level Wolverine or some of his other high end showings. WS would get gutted and it would be easily at that. As in no comparison. Phoenix was trying to turn him into ash, and he was recovering. He's taken point blank gunshots and multiple ones in succession in that shitty SS Wolverine movie
In other movies, he was KO'd by less, like in the original Wolverine movie. He was KO'd a few times by less. However, we using at his best, and at his best, he destroys WS and guts him with ease
