HF, probably greater strength by a decent degree, and technique can be just nullified by straight animalistic frenzy often enough.

There is no "probably". Strength-wise, he's T'Challa's superior without a doubt. KotD Panther is supposed to be stronger than HSH, but just by a little bit.

Creed was trained by the Foreigner, so is quite skilled himself.

One thing that might work against him is that ever since the events of Axis he's been a "good guy", so he might not be as vicious in a fight as he once was.

How? Skills is a wash. Strength edge creed. Speed. HF. Vibranium saves him from getting skewered but that won't last long. BP should be more agile but it ain't parker level so that's moot. He'd have to rely on tech and unless he has anti HF tech as standard creed will tank thru it. Classic tooth is one of the best fighters in his class
