There's scans from decades ago where Ironman is being suggested to be capable of moving at Lightspeed stuff like that doesn't hold up though.

In regards to comics I wouldn't use that as any key indication of anything.
Batman can apparently be hit by Grundy a couple times but is hurt incredibly by Bane.
Wolverine can take hits from Hulk but can be put down by Spiderman
Black Panther can be hurt by Namor but like you said be hurt by Kraven,
I'd call that Mid Tier in all honesty, regardless characters like BP can take hits from Iron Fist and drop BP think of it as technique with strikes. Or punching above your weight. Obviously a Hand to hand fight between Grundy vs Batman would take very few hits from Grundy to take down Batman but one with Batman vs Bane would need several.
Mid Tiers can operate on a high tier level thanks usually to some in comic excuse. Generally it's speed, in Wolverine's example it's durability same with Panther.

But don't think that just because of that 100k celeys = 1 Rage, as we're on KMC and need to use h1a8 math. It's more complicated than that.

Had to skim some threads to find out who that was, judging by his profile pic he doesnt seem like to bad of a person, character debates are interesting on KMC though I'll say.
