I'm on the fence on this one. Batman is clearly stronger, but though he looked very impressive in his warehouse fight scene we do see that he gets hit multiple times and is only saved from further injury by his armor.
Black Widow on the other hand never gets hit (that I recall) when she's taking out fodder, and that includes Chiaturi and Ultronbots.
So yeah, Bruce looks stronger and bigger but Natasha looks more skilled.

Actually after a bit more thought I'm inclined to lean towards BW as well, simply because Batman seemed a bit too dependent on his armor in his fights. Whereas BW is used to fighting in just skintight leathers which means the stips of this match probably works in her favor more.
It would be a very close fight though.
This specific Batman's age might work against him here. He's later into his career. He's a bit gray and worn. He takes hits with the armor because he's not as fast as he used to be.
Without the armor, she wears him down with her speed and skill and, eventually, beats him. And he enjoys every second of it.
