I think peeps here are thinking about this too hard; go with your gut...
Everyone here knows (deep down inside) that if these two actually had a fight, that they'd put up money that Batman would beat her...
I firmly believe that everyone here would bet that way...
This version of Batman is waaay bigger and stronger than her...
This version of Batman WILL kill without hestitation...
Yeah, she's a good fighter and she has some skills, but that only goes so far and can only overcome so much brute force (BW is what 5'3" or 5'4" and...140lbs max? vs Batflect that is 6'4," 200+ and is muscled from head to toe...his power advantage over her is enormous)...
Batfleck is beyond her; let comon sense reign...

Sure that's what gut instinct would tell most people, but if you keep placing bets depending on your gut instinct you'd almost surely be penniless. There's a reason we have brains, which allows us to gather facts and analyze them before making bets.
It's easy to get dazzled by Affleck's size and brutality and I admit he was also my first choice. But when you start analyzing facts instead of allowing yourself to what looks awesome, you realize that BW is every bit as willing to kill, has had no trouble taking out guys bigger than her and has showcased more skill in dealing with fodder.

In dominoes we have a saying "think long, think wrong."
There are some things that just dont require alot of thought; dominoes and picking the winner of this fight both qualify for the above saying...
Black Widow has only a small fraction of Batflects attack power and cant take punishment as well (and you know that based solely on the sheer size/strength difference)...
As pertains getting hit by fodder, I will argue that Batflect has faced more challenging situations vs more enemies at once than she has solo...
If you put her in that Warehouse or Dream sequence, I honestly believe she falls faster than Batflect in the dream and fails to rescue Superman's mom in the Warehouse...
Black Widow can only win if she lands many attacks on Batflect while Batflect lands none on her, and that aint gonna happen; Batflect will hit her and I firmly believe she simply cant take his punches/attacks...

I honestly think she clears the warehouse easier than he did. He's more powerful for sure, but I think she's more skilled. He probably beats her, but I would only give a slight majority.

I wish he would have shown some of that skill during the warehouse scene. Batman was actually getting his ass handed to him. I just rewatched that fight and not only was he receiving multiple hits, he got stabbed and even allowed one of them to come up behind him and shoot him point blank in the back of the head. He sure wasnt very nimble there.
In every showing Widow has had against larger opponents, she's had no trouble taking them down quickly. This is because she's always done precision strikes. Aiming for the throat has been one of her go-to moves. IF she hits Bruce with one of those strikes, I don't doubt that he'd be hurting.
And we don't go by how characters "look" here. Size means nothing in movie fiction.We go by displayed capabilities and "feats". We all would put our money on Happy if we see him in a no-rules MMA match with Widow if we didn't know anything about either. But Widow would take him down in 3 seconds. Heck, even in RL we've seen much smaller fighters take down ppl 2-3x their size (Emanuel Yarbrough Vs Daiju Takase at Pride as an example).
Also, Widow isn't going down to one hit from Bruce. She's taken a backhand from the Hulk without getting KO'd. She's not really what you would call a glass jaw.
That said, it will all boil down to how fast and skilled Bruce has shown himself. He obviously has the size (aka leverage) and strength advantage. If he has shown equal level of speed and skill in h2h, then of course, it would likely go to him. But someone should first post the basis of any kind of claim leading to that kind of conclusion.
