I don't really see how that changes anything.1. Batman isn't wearing his armor in this fight
2. Batman getting overpowered every now and then by normal goons and him not completely smashing in their faces with one hit is proof enough that he doesn't have superhuman strength
You asked why it was being discussed, I provided the reason. srug

Because if we award being "Superhuman" to every movie character that has "slight" flashes of superhuman feats then 95% of all action stars that have appeared in film would be classified as "Superhuman"Which would be stupid.
Frank Castle is without question superhuman, but is he the same degree of superhuman as Spider-man? no.
That said, what has Widow done that gives her any degree of superhuman credibility?
Bruce kicked a man and sent him flying 6 feet across the room, into wall.

Movies are a different animal. We see "normal" non "Superhuman" action stars all the time that have 1 or 2 feats in the movie that could be "superhuman". Yet we all clearly know they are regular guys, ex-cops, ex-soldiers, secret agents etc.
Punisher from war zone : was superhuman because he has ridiculous shit like punching a mans skull in and such.
Punisher Netflix is not "superhuman" though.
Then we have the legit "Superhumans", that the film keeps beating the audience over the head that they are super human. Like Conan the Barbarian. Conan lifts stone doors that weight like 20 tons, he bends iron bars, he KO's a horse with one punch, etc.
But no way im I classifying every ex-cop, detective, special agent, adventurer, martial artist in movies as all superhuman. Even if low tier.
Superhuman = anything that exceeds human capability. I don't care if it's shitty writing or a plot device... if it happens in a movie, it counts.
John McClane from the 'die Hard' movies, is superhuman.
Kham from 'The Protector' movies, is superhuman.
Rama from 'The Raid' movies, is superhuman.
call it the "shit tier" of superhuman if you want, but they'r clearly doing things that a human shouldn't be able to do.

I think the (more or less) general consensus is that Batman is stronger whereas BW is more skilled.

But what you're doing is applying the real world definition of human capability instead of movie version. Because if we used real world definition, well then 90% of action heroes would be superhuman. From Rambo to the Bride to Mr. and Mrs. Smith to freakin Arya Stark.
Batman's fodder were mercs who were actully trying to kill him.
Widow's fodder were thugs and security guards who waited their turn to be hurricanrana'd instead of trying to shoot that b*tch in the head. she should have died in 90% of her fight, but didn't due to shitty scripted and unrealistic combat scenarios. Widow has fought people with guns multiple times, and instead of shooting her, they, for some strange reason, decide to do h2h.
stop it.
Put Widow in the same exact building fight scene from 'Dawn of Justice' and she dies. quickly.
