Yeah it was really obvious, the only reason they didn't show the character at the end is probably because the actor wants to get into shape for the next season. 3 months in a Russian prison the weight would have fallen off I imagine. Glad they didn't get Mike's mother to hook up with Billy though, as I think it would have taken away the slight sympathy you have for her as a long-standing/suffering bored housewife. Good decision from the writers I think.

For some reason it was only this season that I noticed...oh that's "Faye" from Mad Men.

See, I was hoping Billy would knock the dust off of that, but alas...

I also wonder how long they'll keep

Spoiler:
Eleven depowered? She was wickedly powerful this season...

I was hoping for an appearance by the other powered girl at some point, the one from last season, Eight or whatever. Would be nice if we get a bit more resolution on that next season.

Blanker looked back at the hole to the blankside down before the machine blanked up.

Pretty obvious he made a break for it as his only option and the Blankssians had connections to the Blankmerican hole.

Wanted Steve to tag the lesbo and Billy to tag Mike's mom though.

I want to get raped by Billy Hargrove shrug

Felt sorry for Steve when the girl revealed she was a lesbian, although she's a bit of a douche to him especially at the beginning so she's not good enough for him anyways.

Story of my damn life 😠

Spoiler:
Billy to survive or just me?

I'll be surprised if they go there again, only because that little side-story was thoroughly hated by most fans.

...The comics(which I'm assuming are canon) are covering it pretty extensively, though. It has been revealed that there were literally dozens/hundreds of other psi-children at Brenner's lab over the years.

I did. Seemed like he was going to get redemption... Then he died. 🙁

Ethan Hawke's daughter is smashable as phuck. 👆

Yeah, she's cute. 👆

Watched the first episode of season 3. Was strange and kind of aimless. Also the kids are like 60 years old now.

Ah okay then, guess we don't need any closure on that then. I think the fans would have preferred the arc (if you can call it that) if it was incorporated into the main story somehow, as it was it just kind of sidetracked the story for an entire episode.

That was actually the actress. The script wanted her to sleep with billy but the actress basically said shes not playing a cheating housewife with her kids watching the show. She argued it took too much away from the main dynamic and they agreed. Good on her

I've seen the first 5 episodes so far, have 3 to go and this is a really fun season. It's the best one so far.

Am I the only one who noticed Hopper was an angry prick this season? Lol.

No, I totally noticed that too. It's been a while since I saw the first two seasons, but I don't really remember him being such a prick before. Maybe he just blossomed this season.

I wonder if he filmed Hellboy or Season 3 first. Maybe he was still grumpy from the Hellboy character... ha

I've only watched the first three episodes so far, but many of the characters seem to have become asses.

It makes sense for the teens to become more angst-ridden but Hopper just was a big 'ol douche and even went driving while drunk lol. And essentially said it was okay cuz he was in charge.

Yeah, Hopper's being super reckless, but it's good comedy...

I LOL'd pretty hard at the whole Cherry/Strawberry Slurpie situation. 😂

Good decision all around. Either outcome would be believable but the one they went with tells a better story.

Hopper has always been a pr!ck IMO, he's a sour, surly man from episode 1, only now the girl he fostered is a teenager with superpowers, let him eat Cheetos while watching hockey or whatever.
