Who is DC's most powerful Telepath?

If you had to pick one character, who is DC's most powerful Telepath? And why?

Hasn't Saturn Girl displayed galaxy-level TP before?

The original Guardians (basically just Ganthet still alive) and the Controllers have displayed telepathy on a universal scale. Controllers have controlled a large number of civilizations through it and are a race who created the Sun Eater and the Miracle Machine, with their mental strength being their top forte. ITO telekinesis wise they could effortlessly move the cosmos. Theyd be my bet.

Kyle also said Ganthet could crack a planet in half with a thought.

Despero should be up there. Darkseid.

Forgot about Starro he should be above Despero and Darkseid for sure. He might be 2nd to the Controllers/Ganthet

I'm assuming we're looking for specifically post-crisis telepaths here. That throws out Guardians, who are more talk than feats for the most part (and while Kyle said that about Ganthet, it would be a TK feat not a TP feat and it didn't actually happen). Same with Darkseid, who's best TP feat (GDS) occurred Pre-Crisis.

Consistently Starro.

Limiting only people on DC earth. No cosmic/space here.

Consistently I don't see Fate or Zatanna really using TP on a grand level.

I'd probably say J'onn, The Key, Maxwell Lord.

Max Lord is definitely the best earth-based telepath, imo.

Maxima would be way up there as well... Though I suppose she was only earth-based for a few years. /shrug

Wasn't Psimon's most impressive feat is mentally dominating planets light years away?

After he was put into a coma in PANIC IN THE SKIES, somehow the coma made him more powerful and while in that coma, he created an illusion so powerful it showed up in pictures and fooled S.T.A.R. Labs equipment, while Brainiac was on New Genesis. Which is in another dimension/universe.

Psimon was able to destroy planets back in the day:

But that was more of a one-off feat, imo... Like Saturn Girl telepathically scanning the entire universe in the space of a panel or so, lol.

For me, Max mind-wiping the entire earth's populace(heroes included), and ultimately restoring the memories he erased, is absolutely ridiculous. Especially given that he preformed the latter quite easily -- he didn't use any extra blood and/or lose consciousness. IOW, his TP substantially improved between feats.
