That said, she does have a universal TP scanning feat under her belt, so she's definitely no slouch. Heck even the multiversal feat was uber, but the context can't be ignored.

The communication boost was to send the distress signal to all the Legions. It didn't amp her TP.

Yeah, that doesn't make sense that they'd send two messages.

And it's contradicted by the bottom left panel of the third scan, which pretty clearly is showing the rings amping her message.

The Legion rings don't amp her TP. It's a communication device which sent a distress signal.
