I never argued that DS wasn't a crackshot... provided specific situations. All the best shots he did were performed against either stationary targets or targets that didn't know they were being targetted. the times he shot moving opponents he shot center mass.
My problem here is that you lot seem to want to give DS the same amount of skill making a shot that he doesn't have feats for. That's no limits fallacy.

And your recollection of the scene is incorrect; Deadshot fires a single shot at Batman...not multiple.

Basically, they will be stationary to DS. Only Cap's feet and shins will be moving fast in and out of the line of fire.
