He didn't really lose that fight, there was severe context there. If anybody was close to defeat it was Batman, not the other way around.
I did answer, you asked if anybody tried to avoid getting shot. I said yes because I don't think people just want to die. Just because they suck at avoidance or defense doesn't mean they just wanted to get shot there. If you asked me if he shot anybody good at defense besides batman, then I'd say not so much.

So go ahead and name me an example where the person he shot actually tried to avoid the shot. If what you say is true then it shouldn't be so hard to come up with an example.

Why should I answer your question when you continue to side step mine? You can't simply go "I say so" and expect us to accept that answer right? Be a man and backup your answer with a decent example. Otherwise I'll give you an equally stupid answer and this debate will never go anywhere.

That was a typing error on my part... I meant to say he DIDN'T shoot anybody besides batman that was actively good at defense or avoidance.
