How bout just answering whether or not DS ever tried shooting someone who was actually trying to defend themselves.
Defending themselves is irrelevant though. That would only come into play if somebody wasn't a crackshot gunmen. They one could argue, that there will be limited opening and it's not likely he'll hit them. That isn't the case here, he's one of the best marksmen we've ever seen. So why would we then go by the logic that he's likely to miss openings? He's not, that isn't the case. Thus defending themselves will matter very little. We know the shield won't come his entire body moving forward to close the distances... thus there will be openings. Its a question of if he can capitalize.... The answer is likely yes... you disagree? why?

See? I knew you wouldn't answer the question. It was a simple question: Did DS ever shoot anyone who was trying to avoid getting shot?

Nuh uh. You can't just go "Sure he did" and we take your word for it. You don't exactly have a reputation for being the most honest person around. Give an actual example of people trying to avoid getting hit when he shot them.
You could always say Batman, but then that wouldn't be a good example because DS lost that fight.
