We see Vader unable to injure Tano. Tano didn't injure Maul either. She actually fled combat from him.

You're assuming the reason as to why Maul manipulated them by saying he's less powerful than Vader, so sorry if I'm not even a little bit convinced by this. Hell, even if you effectively argued Maul > Ahsoka that still would mean he's fairly below Vader in overall combative prowess. You're pretty much lost here.

Vader didn't best Tano. He also trained her so he has intimate knowledge of her training methods.
Her reasons don't change the fact she fled combat. She gained no ground on Maul nor did she injure him at all.
