Great, he hold back, when he killed all the Vongs in TuF, and as he ragdolled Caedus.
After Silver, he also seemingly don't hold back in FotJ, the chronogically last series. And we use Luke in his prime-in FotJ 🙂

You continue to prove my point. I say he occasionally holds back, you respond with examples where he goes all out, proving that he has a habit of holding back.

Nah. He Zoltan said occasions were he was holding back, I just said some in which he doesn't.
Also, you don't responded to the fact, that two of his very best feat were, while holding back.
@Zoltan thanks for the Information, btw

Yeah the point wasn't that Luke only holds back in those books I listed, but that holding back is part of Luke's character.

Yeah, I know. But IIRC he doesn't seem to hold back as much in FotJ.
Also, he had still very good feats in this books.

Nobody said he doesn't. Hes still the most powerful non entity in the mythos.

I mean, some of his very best feats.
Pinning Caedus against a wall, so that he can't move, and sclicing through Yuuzhan Vong armies IIRC, killing 8 Slayers and Shimmra.

We are aware of those. We are just saying that not everyone who gives Luke a good fight is some godlike wank material.

Well, he almost lost to Shimmra. He had to TK a second lightsaber to win.

Naturally. None of them are above Yoda, imo, maybe save for UnuThul.
Also, only UnuThul, Nyax, Shimrra, Taalon and the hidden one are very impressive imo-not including the likes of Caedus, who also have other feats.
@Tbh, Luke was heavily weakened to this time, iirc.

In FotJ, he has problems with slightly above average Sith, too. Also, Kyp and Kyle level duelist are holding him down for a while.

LMAO.

Lol, forgot about that.
He was more inconsitent in FotJ, than ever xD

I still can't believe people say Luke can go all out anytime he wants to and when he doesn't, there's usually an excuse. Lmao

The times he doesn't, there's always some sort of context or PIS involved, lmao.

When Luke sees a challenge, especially a challenge like Kun who was about to kill most of the people Luke held dear at the time, he is not holding back.

Yes we get it, you don't like something it's PIS. That doesn't change any of the facts 👆

Uhuh. Because everytime he's held back, he clearly did NOT see it as a challenge 👆

Well yeah, it is simple PIS because someone of Luke's calibre should be performing much higher. In other instances you have Luke either having sentimental value for the person he's fighting, the fight being on a nexus, he's facing a weapon he's never faced before, there's bystandards that are used as meatshields, he's being cheapshotted by another opponent, etc.

The writers do like mentioning circumstances, but forum debaters like ignoring them apparently.

Well, obviously. If you're not that big of a threat to him personally, he won't go "slaughterhouse" on you.

Yes, you quite spectacularly missed the point. That point being that if he did go all-out, he would kill every single being here in under a second.

Now I'll wait for you to tell me he doesn't do that because he's inconsistent.
