Your position matters a lot. Lying on the ground give lots of frictional force to be overcome. I've seen real humans get sent flying by kicks attack from standing positions. If they were lying down then they wouldn't even budge from the same force.
Even if Cap applied more force then it certainly was by much more (less than a magnitude). So not being damaged to being killed is a difference of more than a magnitude.

Bull. Spine and face durability does not convert to throat durability.
Cap can probably kill WS with a clean hit to the throat. It only takes 33 lbs of pressure to crush a human trachea but the human skull can be hit by thousands of newtons of force without breaking. Boxers generate up to 5000 newtons of force with their punches. Cap would be many many many mang times stronger than this.
All focused at their throat would one hit kill anyone below Cap level durability. Hell, I would argue that this has a good chance of killing Cap as well.

Yes it does. Durability to all parts of the body are highly correlated. Otherwise, That's like saying that Namor's throat (no feats for it) can be crushed by human force since that has nothing to do with his durability of his face and body (where his feats exists).

The problem is Rorschach doesn't have human level durability. If he did then his head would have came off or exploded with that kick. Thus your argument is faulty. 1. Ozy didn't kick upwards, he kicked sideways.
