Ehhh no. The only argument that is based on my speculation is that the Beyonders are not extinct.

Just because a group of Beyonders appeared before the explosion of the MM doesn't mean that the Whole race went extinct. It would be stupid to assume that.

If we take a look at the larger picture. The story of the Beyonders has been running for decades now. Many of the large events in Marvel Comics are related in one way or another to the Beyonders e.g. The Cosmic Cubes, the Beyonder, Molecule Man, The Secret Invasions etc. Years of comics, and when we finally get to see this characters in the Secret Wars they let us believe that they were all killed by Doom...nonesense i say. There is still much to learn about the race, like what do they really want? Where they the creators of the Multiverse? Who created them? etc etc etc. I do believe we will see more of the Beyonders in future comics. It would be stupid to assume that the Secret Wars were the end of such a powerful race.
