By the way Kurk, In Re: our discussion, they had no issue showing speed when they desired. Even in the scene you reference where Sids kills the three acclaimed masters... You could see that they were trying to showcase his speed. The cut aways, the blurry scenes, all were suppose to indicate speed and how quickly he did it. Yet here, Maul literally couldn't react to a Jedi, while looking at him, fly up 15 feet in the air... call his saber... flip over him and turn him into a pint sized midget. In whatever canon you want, any force sensitive user would be able to track somebody doing that. He apparently, was unable to react. The choreography is not to blame in that scene.
