That's not as indicative of intelligence as the lsat; the bar depends on many things like knowledge of the specific laws of the region, while the lsat is based on general reasoning ability; it can be improved through practice and you can underperform, but it's almost impossible for a stupid person to crack the score you'd need for Yale.
