Obama and Bill paid for anything at all related to the wall because they made an idiotic decision. It's always been a stupid idea. And Clinton's continued war on drugs was doubly stupid. The best way to stop tons of crime in the US is to legalize all drugs. Sounds crazy as f*** but this has proven to be the very best way to fight crime.

There are trillions of dollars in very easy to mine resources on the moon such as H-3, titanium, and rare metals.
