Turns out..yeah, his only crime isn't being here illegally. Got a DUI back in 2009. And had other trouble with the law 20 years before that as well.

This is not one of those situations where a SJW is saying idiotic things. It is legit.
In fact...it just so happens that African American children behave better with corporal punishment and they've researched this:

There are many theories out there but one of them is the obvious low-hanging fruit: slaves that responded to beatings passed on those genes to their children. Slaves that didn't were beaten to death, sometimes.
But you won't see an SJW support black parents beating their black kids. Or maybe they would? They may implode because they are subversively racist and secretly hate black people. And they couldn't balance that with their desperate attempts to virtue signal.
Maybe they should broadcast out that black children respond positively to corporal punishment and watch the SJWs shit themselves?
Lol but here is the thing, hell..beating your kids used to be "in". It used to be a thing parents did, and not all were black. Even teachers(nuns) used to beat kids with things like rulers and shit for misbehaving. White, pure as the driven snow nuns.
