I'm not sure if I can change my first opinion on the matter. Does the Power Cosmic exist in the DC Universe? If it does, that would make it more important overall than the Speed Force which only exists in DC. If so, the Power Cosmic wins out. If not I return to my first opinion of the two forces being equal representations of critical universal forces in their respective universes. At least that's what it all boils down to IMO.

It's mainly the speed, for me. Sure, the PC can also accelerate me to have fast reflexes, but let's keep things simple.
