Batman's visual speed is slow. He's doing things far faster than what we see him. In other words, he's faster than what's shown.

Okay so that means since Batman is faster than shown, Bucky and Cap are faster than they re shown. Which is already much as her than Bats as they are enhanced super soldiers.

No they aren't. WS is faster than what's shown too. But the fact that elite humans can hang with him in speed proves that he's not a lot faster than Batman (if any).

With what speed? All things being equal, Bane still has a huge weakness where his mask being removed or even slightly damaged (the thin hoses around the mouth) turns him into a crippled mess that only his opponent's mercy decides if he lives or dies, and that's not something WS possesses unless your name is Steve Rogers.

Bane lacks the speed and skill to last in a prolonged fight with WS not to mention the thread starter didn't seem to remove WS standard weapons like grenades, pistols, a sub-machinegun and some combat knives. The only thing is possibly Bane having something in the realm of similar (at best) strike damage when he proke off chunks of a pillar, something comparable to WS breaking concrete, metal doors and damaging super-soldiers and Iron man

This is a one sided affair for WS
