Shazam! (2019)

The more DC movies start to be decent the more you will hear the phrase "I still liked Momoaman better though"

Seems audiences and critics are liking it a lot more than Aquabro, though.

That's cool. I felt the cg was especially jarring.. And that's in a bad way. The designs... Zach Levi was gud though.

It has a much lower budget than Aquaman, iirc. But, from the reviews, SHAZAM has more heart and charm.

Most the reviewers are placing this as their best or 2nd best (after Wonder Woman) DCEU film. So yeah most seem to think its better than Aquaman as I suspected it would be.

This looks a lot more fun than WW. WW was pretty good, but this looks better.

Wonder Woman was way better imo.

Shazam I would put ahead of WW for the simple reason in never falters in the third act and keeps with the themes of the film.

Well that is your opinion. I was not bothered by it at all and seeing the payoff was worth it.

I thought Shazam looked cheesy like a Power Rangers show or a Kroft Saturday morning deal, but it seems to be getting good reviews. I might watch it on the computer tonight.

With Wonder Woman on that list, it's pretty high. WW was one of the highest rated movies that year.
